Our private Bridal Suite combines professional hair and makeup services with warm hospitality and a beautiful, comfortable space for your party to gather.

Reserve the Bridal Suite privately for a four-hour morning or afternoon block. Available Times:

7AM - 11AM
12PM - 4PM

Reservation Details:

Suite Reservation Fee: $150
Minimum service spend: $900
The suite accommodates up to 10 total guests
The reservation fee is credited toward the final service total
Two bottles of champagne are included when the $900 minimum is met

The $900 minimum may be reached through any combination of eligible Ember House services, including hair, makeup, styling, Head Spa Rituals, and spray tans.

Policies & Terms

Payment & Deposit

The $150 Suite Reservation Fee is due at time of booking to hold the block. It is credited toward the
final service total and is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled, but fully credited if the
appointment occurs.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

The $1Reschedules requested more than 14 days before the appointment may move to another available
block at no additional charge. Cancellations or reschedules within 14 days forfeit the $150 Suite
Reservation Fee. No-shows forfeit the fee and may be subject to the full $900 minimum charge.

Meeting the $900 Minimum

The $900 minimum is confirmed against the booked cart at time of scheduling. If day-of additions
or cancellations bring the actual total below $900, the difference is billed to the party before
checkout.

Late Arrival

The 4-hour block has a fixed end time regardless of arrival time. Arriving late shortens the
appointment; services will be prioritized (bride first) to fit the remaining time, and no discount is
given for lost time due to late arrival.

Guest Capacity

The suite accommodates up to 10 total guests during a Bridal Party block, including non-serviced
guests such as photographers, planners, or family. Parties expecting to exceed this should notify the
front desk in advance.

Alcohol Service

Champagne provided as part of the $900 minimum package is complimentary and offered as a gift
accompanying the service booking, not sold separately. Champagne is served only to guests 21 and
older; Ember House staff reserve the right to verify age and to decline service. Outside alcohol is not
permitted in the suite. [Note: alcohol-as-gift structuring should be confirmed with counsel for
Arkansas ABC compliance before this policy is finalized.]

Outside Food & Beverage

Charcuterie and non-alcoholic beverages may be brought in by the party with advance notice to
the front desk. Outside alcohol is not permitted.

All prices listed are pre-tax. Arkansas sales tax will be applied at checkout.
